Bryan O’Halloran, DPT, SCS, OCS, COMT, FAAOMPT, is the owner and director of Pain Relief & Physical Therapy. He graduated from LaTrobe University in Melbourne, Australia and received his Doctorate from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.

Dr. O’Halloran is a Board Certified  Specialist in both Sports and Orthopedics under the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. He lectures nationally to physical therapists, physicians and athletic trainers regarding our specialized rehabilitation techniques and is a Founding Fellow of the American Maitland Instructors Association. He is one of very few physical therapists in the country who have a dual Board Certification.

 Bryan completed his Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in 2018 and has worked with Australian National Teams at World Championships with a variety of work experience across the orthopedic and sports domain. His current areas of research involve cervicogenic headache disorders as well as shoulder impingement syndrome. Research done by Dr. O'Halloran can be found on the research page.

 Paul Haerling, PT, COMT is a certified physical therapist who has been a member of the staff since August of 2010. He graduated from Temple University with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in May 2010. While in school he had experience working at Temple University with the neurological rehabilitation team. Prior to attending therapy school, Dr. Haerling lived in Washington state for 25 years. For two years he worked at MarRan Physical Therapy as a therapist aide after completing his undergraduate education at Western Washington University. He received his certification as Certified Orthopaedic Manual Therapist (COMT) in July 2013, specializing in Maitland technique and philosophy. Dr. Haerling remains involved with athletics and sporting activities with experience in distance running having completed full and half marathons.

 Addison Lerner-Lentz, DPT, COMT, FAAOMPT graduated from Utica College in May 2010 with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and in May 2008 with a B.S. in Health Studies and is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.  Dr. Lerner-Lentz works at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy as a physical therapist and is also the CCCE for physical therapy students and clinical rotations.  She has been a member of the staff since June 2010, completed her COMT certification in 2013 through Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars and is now a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT).  She just completed her fellowship in manual therapy through the Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars Program in February of 2020 and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy (FAAOMPT). She is currently involved research for cervicogenic headaches disorders and shoulder impingement dysfunction.   Dr. Lerner-Lentz is also an assistant basketball coach at Haverford College for the past 9 years, in which the team just won back to back Centennial Conference Championships and were NCAA qualifiers 3 years in a row.  She is also very active and participates and competes year round in triathlons, 5Ks and half marathons and is a National Qualifier for her age group.

Bri Glassmyer, DPT, OCS, COMT is a licensed physical therapist who joined the staff in May 2015. She graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University in May 2015, where she also received her B.S. in Exercise Science in May 2013. Dr. Glassmyer earned her certification as Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) through the Maitland Australian Physiotherapy Seminars series in September 2017. She also received her certification as Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in March 2018. Dr. Glassmyer serves as a Clinical Instructor for students on their outpatient clinical rotations. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her nephews.

 Sarah Abbonizio, DPT is a licensed physical therapist who graduated from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in May 2020 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and in 2018 with a B.S. in Health Sciences. She played collegiate basketball for the University of the Sciences from 2014-2018, where the team won back to back conference championships and advanced to the NCAA DII Sweet 16 in 2018. She was also a graduate assistant coach for the 2018-2019 season. Dr. Abbonizio enjoys exercising, reading and spending time with friends and family in her spare time.

 Donna Foster, PTA, is a licensed physical therapist assistant who attended school at Harcum College, and graduated in 1989. She has worked in outpatient care for the past 30 years. She has been a member of the staff at Pain Relief and Physical Therapy since October, 2009. She grew up in Havertown and currently lives in Broomall.

 Katie Whitman is our Exercise Physiologist. She started out as an intern in the Fall of 2013 while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at Cabrini College. She became a member of our staff shortly after graduation and has been working here since 2014. She earned her Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from West Chester University in 2017. Katie likes to spend her time exercising, going to the shore, and spending time with her family and friends.

Jorge Cayasso, is a PT aide who started working for us in August of 2017. He received his B.S. in exercise science from West Chester University in December 2017. He is currently working towards PT school and is gaining invaluable experience working in the clinic.

Ann Donnelly is our Accounts Receivable Specialist and Business Office Manager and has been a member of the staff since September 2008. Ann received her BSBA from Villanova University in 1992 and has worked in the medical billing/collections field for 26 years. She currently lives in Havertown with her husband and 4 children.

Nancy O'Halloran is our Compliance Officer who has been a member of the staff since 1996. Nancy received her BS from West Chester University in 1986 and has worked in this field for 23 years. She currently lives in Havertown with her husband and 4 children.

Kelly Fontana is our Front Desk Receptist who started working with us in January 2019. Kelly graduated from St. Joseph's University in 1989 with a BS in Marketing. Kelly has worked in sales, customer service, and marketing in various field since 1988. She resides in Drexel Hill with her husband and son.

 Rosie is a certified athletic trainer who graduated with her bachelors in athletic training from Penn State University in 2019.  She is currently enrolled in her first year of PT school at the University of the Sciences and is projected to graduate in May of 2022. Rosie works as a PT Aid assisting patients with exercises and rehabilitation and provides front office solutions as a Front Desk Receptionist.

Robyn O'Halloran provides IT Support and front office solutions. She has been a member of our staff since 2016 and is currently a Junior at the University of Delaware studying Environmental Engineering. Robyn is the Co-Chair and a standing member on the Conservation Advisory Commission in the City of Newark and conducts research under Yu-Ping Chin on emerging pollutants in our environment.

Gracie is a toy poodle that regularly stops in to say hi. She joined the O'Halloran family in October of 2018. Gracie loves scratches behind the ear and treats!
